Deety guides your team from a vague, frustrating challenge to a well-understood problem — and then through to real solutions. Part learning tool, part interactive workshop, part AI thinking partner. All in one place.
How it works
Most teams jump straight to solutions for problems they have not properly understood. Deety slows that down — in the right places — so the work you do actually solves the right thing.
Before the workshop
15–20 minutes · solo or team
Before anyone sits in a room together, everyone reads the same thing. The Design Thinking explainer gives your team a shared language — what the process is, why it works, and what makes it different from the way most organisations currently approach problems. No jargon. No prior knowledge required. You arrive at the workshop already thinking in the right frame.
The interactive workshop
Half day to full day · team session
This is where the work happens. Your team moves through five challenge zones mapped to the Double Diamond — a framework developed by the Design Council that takes you from wide exploration ("what is actually going on here?") to sharp focus ("what is the specific problem worth solving?") and back out again into ideas, prototypes, and testing. Each zone has structured challenges, real thinking tasks, and a clear output. Nothing is theoretical — everything connects to your actual challenge.
Throughout & after
Continuous · AI-assisted
The work does not stop when the session ends. Deety has been listening to everything — capturing the team's best thinking, flagging the ideas worth developing, and building a Harvest Report that summarises the journey from problem to solution. The Woven Advisory studio has a live view of your team's progress throughout, ready to step in and facilitate where the thinking needs a push. What started as a complex, fuzzy challenge ends as a clear brief with tested ideas and a path forward.
The AI that runs alongside you
Most AI tools try to do the thinking for you. Deety is built differently. It is there to sharpen your thinking — not replace it.
The AI listens throughout. It reads the challenge you are working on, tracks the ideas your team is developing, and quietly surfaces the question nobody has asked yet. It does not give you the answer. It helps you find it.
When the session ends, it synthesises everything your team produced into a clear picture of what you discovered, what you decided, and what should happen next.
Who uses Deety
Product, strategy, and innovation teams who need a structured way to move from "we know something is broken" to "here is what we are building next" — without a six-month discovery process.
Government departments, councils, and public bodies facing complex, people-centred challenges. Deety brings the rigour of design thinking into organisations that can not afford to build the wrong solution.
Senior leaders who want their organisation to think differently about problems — and need a practical, credible framework to make that happen. Deety is the workshop, the method, and the evidence base in one.
The two tools
Interactive workshop
The gamified Double Diamond workshop. Your team moves through five challenge zones, completes thinking tasks, earns recognition for good work, and sends every insight live to the studio dashboard. The AI facilitator is present throughout.
Reference & method
The plain-English explainer. What design thinking actually is, why the research backs it, how the Double Diamond works, and what it looks like in the real world — including the GE MRI story that shows exactly why solving the right problem matters.
